Non-delivery of the audit within the stated delivery timeframe (typically 72 hours), unless the delay is caused by missing, incomplete, or incorrect information provided by the customer.
If this condition is met, the customer may request a full refund.
Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:
The audit has been delivered, in full or in part
The customer disagrees with the findings or conclusions
The audit does not produce a specific business outcome
The customer changes their mind after purchase
The customer failed to provide required information (e.g., ASIN, brand details) in a timely manner
The audit does not meet subjective expectations
Listing Labs provides analytical insight, not guaranteed results.
By purchasing a Listing Labs audit, you acknowledge and agree that:
The service is informational and diagnostic, not prescriptive or guaranteed
The audit does not constitute legal, regulatory, or medical advice
Listing Labs does not implement changes or control marketplace outcomes
Because each audit is custom and tailored, it cannot be returned or resold.
If you believe you are eligible for a refund under this policy, you must:
Include your order number and reason for the request
Submit the request within 7 days of the expected delivery date
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
